To eat the right food for the evening is crucial. The evening is that time of the day when we feel extremely hungry, but we hardly have healthy options to choose from. As a result of most of the time, we end up eating junk food like cookies, cakes, chips, and ice cream which we regret later.
In this blog, I am going to share with you some snacks that are quick, easy, and healthy, which you can make easily at any time. Healthy snacks can provide us energy and are full of vitamins, proteins, and low in calories and fat. Snacks can also keep us from overeating at mealtime. Snacks should be comprised of vegetables, fruits, and dairy products. So we should start having a healthy snack for good health and body.
So while selecting the snacks option my top priority has been to ensure less cooking time, easily available ingredients without compromising taste and satisfaction
1. Paneer bread roll -
Paneer bread rolls are delicious and are healthy. It is rich in protein and Calcium It helps to improve metabolism, repair cellular tissue damage, and increase muscle size. It can also help in weight loss management
Ingredients:

Take two pieces of bread and cut out the sides of the bread.
then take a rolling pin and roll out the bread into thin.
Then in a bowl put 1/2cup of shredded paneer and then gradually add garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander, salt, and few drops of lemon juice. Mix well till everything gets coated properly.
Now take the rolled out bread and with the help of a spoon take a spoonful of the mixture on one side of the bread. Now din your fingertips on water and just dap it on the other side of the bread and roll tightly.
Heat a pan on a medium flame put some oil with the help of a brush. Then put the bread roll in it and roast till it gets brown.
Then your paneer bread rolls are ready. You can serve hot with tea or coffee or with a sauce and enjoy.
2. Mixed Sprout Chaat -
Sprouts are super healthy when eaten RAW or cooked. sprouting is the process where seeds and legumes are germinated, without sprouting these grains legumes and Beans may not be healthy. sprout inhibits our digestive enzymes that can cause indigestion and intestinal gas it provides antioxidants proteins boost blood circulation and also helps in weight loss build the immune system and is heart-friendly.
*To sprout the beans - place the beans in a jar filled with water and cover it with a drainable cap and soak for 8-12 hours then rinse and drain the water. Repeat this for 2 days, the sprouts will come out.

3. Vegetable soup
soups are a great vehicle to meet our daily needs for veggies. It's an opportunity to take all the natural goodness for a healthy body. It keeps us hydrated, gives a boost to our immune system, and can cure cold & flu as it has lots of vitamins and minerals.

Heat oil in the pressure cooker on a medium flame. After the oil gets heat the onions and sautes them till it becomes colorless. After that put all the vegetables i.e potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, corn, beans, peas, and then add salt and black pepper.
Mix it well and closed the lid of the cooker. Cook for 12minutes on high pressure and your soup is ready. Wait for few minutes till the cooker turns down and then ready to serve hot and healthy soup.
4. Aloo chana chaat
chana/chickpeas are the best know source of proteins and fiber. This chaat will give us a good amount of iron and magnesium. It will help in weight management and will help control blood sugar levels.

5. Cream cheese sandwich -
a cream cheese sandwich is a good source of vitamin A and vitamin B2 and also with the goodness of veggies, it becomes healthier and tasty.

Take a bowl and then put cream cheese, capsicum, shredded carrot, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and some coriander leaves. And mix it well.
Now take a bread cut off the sides if you want or else simply take the bread and spread the mixture evenly on it and put another bread in the top. Cut it vertically and enjoy your cream cheese sandwich.
6. Multigrain Pancake -
Multigrain pancake is a good source of B vitamins and carbohydrates. It provides fiber, protein, and nutrition.

In a bowl take half a cup of multigrain flour and oats then add a pinch of baking soda, milk cinnamon powder and drop few raisins. Now whisk this thoroughly to bring a thick consistency. Then the batter is ready.
Next, keep a pan on a medium flame and put some butter in it and when the butter melts, put a big spoonful of batter into it and spread the batter nicely. When one side of the batter starts getting golden brown flip the batter and cook unit it gets golden brown on the other side too.
Then take out the pancake on a plate and pour some honey over it. And enjoy the delicious and tasty pancake. just two pancakes are enough for 1 person.
